Troubleshooting
Elements not appearing in Bricks Builder
  • Check the module is enabled β€” Djia Bricks β†’ Modules β†’ toggle on β†’ Save Changes
  • Confirm the individual element is also enabled inside the module
  • Clear all server-side caches (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, W3 Total Cache)
  • Deactivate all other plugins temporarily to check for conflicts
  • Confirm you're running Bricks Builder 1.9.1 or later
Djia Filters not updating results
  • Rebuild the index β€” Djia Bricks β†’ Index β†’ Rebuild Index
  • Check the Filter Container's target selector matches your Query Loop wrapper class
  • Confirm admin-ajax.php is not blocked by a security plugin or firewall
  • Open browser DevTools console and check for JavaScript errors
  • Flush the filter cache β€” Djia Bricks β†’ Cache β†’ Flush All
Pro Forms not submitting
  • Verify at least one action is configured in the form's Actions tab
  • Check all required fields are filled β€” empty required fields silently block submit
  • Spam protection (hCaptcha, reCAPTCHA) may block submission if keys are invalid
  • Inspect the browser Network tab for a failing admin-ajax.php request
  • Check the PHP error log for action handler errors
License not activating
  • Verify the key is copied exactly β€” no leading or trailing spaces
  • Confirm you haven't exceeded the site limit for your plan
  • Check your server can make outbound HTTPS requests to the license API
  • If behind a proxy, try disabling it temporarily and re-activating

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Djia Bricks slow down my site?

No. Disabled modules load zero code. Even with all modules enabled, scripts and styles only load for elements actually used on the current page. Global scripts are minimal and deferred.

What happens to content if I deactivate the plugin?

Templates using Djia Bricks elements show empty placeholders where those elements were. Your database is not modified β€” reactivating restores everything. Keep the plugin active on any live site using its elements.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Contact support and we'll set up a prorated upgrade from any annual plan to a higher tier or to a lifetime plan at any time.

Does it work with all Bricks versions?

Djia Bricks requires Bricks Builder 1.9.1 or later. We update the plugin with every major Bricks release to maintain full compatibility.

Can I transfer my license to a different domain?

Yes. Deactivate the license at Djia Bricks β†’ License β†’ Deactivate, then activate it on the new domain. The slot frees immediately. Keep the old domain active during migration, then deactivate after.

Is WooCommerce required?

No. WooCommerce modules are optional and only load when WooCommerce is active. Djia Bricks works perfectly on non-WooCommerce sites β€” the WooCommerce module elements simply won't register.

Can I use it on client sites?

Yes. All plans allow use on client sites with no ownership restriction. The license count applies to total active installations regardless of who owns the site.
